Casa Noble is a detached villa situated in grounds offering privacy and exclusion.  It is available to sleep up to 6 people and boasts its own 8 x 4 sq mtr kidney-shaped swimming pool with a tiled mosaic dolphin, poolside shower, shaded naya for al fresco dining, BBQ area and roof top terrace.

The roof top terrace offers distant views of the Cap De Nao lighthouse on one side and the impressive Montgo mountain on the other.

Casa Noble is situated in the Balcon Al Mar area of Javea and within a 5-10 minute walk there is a local supermarket, a bakery and several bars and restaurants.  As well as Casa Noble´s very own private pool, there is also a communal pool and tennis courts within an 8 minute walk.

Less than a 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful beach of Granadella and numerous other small coves and beaches to explore.  Javea´s main Arenal beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and all amenities is less than a 10 minute drive away.  A car is recommended for stays at Casa Noble.

There is a private covered parking space at the entrance to the villa.  The garden path at the entrance is stepped (approx. 15) and leads through the Mediterranean style garden which surrounds the villa.  From the garden you enter the shaded naya through a door in the wall and a real surprise awaits you as the heart of the outdoor area is revealed.  Once the door is closed, the outside world is left behind.

The naya is equipped with a good sized dining table and 6 chairs.  The naya, which overlooks the pool, offers welcome shade from the sun while the terrace surrounding the pool is perfect for sunbathing.  The kidney shaped pool has roman steps leading into it.  The depth of the pool is 4ft at the shallow end and 8ft in the deep end.

To the left of the naya there is a separate BBQ area with its own built-in BBQ.  Steps from the garden lead up to the roof terrace with a table and chairs.  To the right of the naya and swimming pool, a couple of steps down takes you into the garden where you will find the laundry room which houses the washing machine.

On entering the villa from the naya into the spacious, bright, airy living room which comprises a three seater settee, 2 chairs and a coffee table.  There is an attractive traditional log burner and cable TV, DVD and CD player.  The lounge is air conditioned.

The living room leads into a well equipped kitchen which has units of a rich cherry wood finish and granite work surfaces.  There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob & oven.  The kitchen leads through to a pretty semi-circular dining room which comprises a dining table and chairs, a sideboard and double pullout sofa which can sleep two children (please note that storage space for clothing is limited).

The villa has two bedrooms.  The first contains a queen size bed with very pretty bedroom furniture and air conditioning.  The second twin bedded room includes an in-built wardrobe spanning the length of one wall.  This bedroom is also air conditioned.

The good sized bathroom is nicely tiled and comprises a bath, shower, WC and wash basin with mirror.

In summary, Casa Noble offers privacy and is situated in a beautiful area of Javea.  Close to local amenities and stunning beaches and coves such as Granadella beach and Ambolla, but only a short drive to Javea´s main Arenal beach, promenade and all amenities.

We had a really enjoyable family holiday in Casa Noble. It is a spacious, bright and clean villa set in a quiet, attractive area on the outskirts of Javea. The pool area is private and the garden is pleasing on the eye. We particularly enjoyed the fresh oranges from the tree in the mornings! We had barbeques and a glass of wine on the balcony on several occasions while the sun was setting behind the Montgo mountain, which was a very pleasant experience indeed. The local restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance are good and there are plenty more within a 10-15 minute drive from the villa. We drove to Guadalest castle along the mountain road route which had some spectacular views along the way. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings and would without doubt consider using it again in the future.

Casa Noble helped provide us with a very enjoyable holiday. We are a family of four and have stayed in and around Javea on a number of occasions but the area this villa is situated in has become our favourite.  The villa itself was very clean, well equiped, and the pool was well maintained with 2 cleans a week.  We did notice 2 of the sun loungers were a bit worn and on their way out, but once pointed out to the managing agent they were replaced within a day or two.  I would say the beds in the 2nd bedroom are geared towards children rather than adults. Therefore this villa is suited more for young families than groups of adults.  The beaches of Granadella (beautiful) and Portixol are a very short drive away with Arenal (sandy) about 10-15 minutes.  We love this area and are likely to return again and would seriously consider staying at Casa Noble again.  Booking was simple and communication with the booking agent was good. Whilst at the villa we found the managing agent easy to get hold of and the issue we raised (sun loungers mentioned above) they resolved quickly.  All in all, a good well maintained villa at a reasonable price. Well worth staying in.

A very nice villa, clean and tidy on arrival, in a perfect residential location - a little drive from Javea town. A bonus was that the villa has air conditioning which was great as in the afternoons the heat in August was a little uncomfortable indoors. Good layout inside and out with good local amenities. The pool was wonderful, a good size and depth and secluded too. Lots of room outside for the kids to roam in safety. The villa is in a raised position and the steps to the villa are a little steep if you have difficulty walking; otherwise perfectly manageable.

A gorgeous villa with everything you could wish for.  Set in a quiet road, the villa is a real "home-from-home" with the added bonus of lots of sunshine!  The pool is lovely, the local restaurants are good and the local scenery is beautiful.  It is ideal for a quiet family holiday but there are plenty of places to go if you want more excitement.  The booking process is simplicity itself which is always a bonus when you are planning an independent holiday.  We enjoyed visiting the restaurants on the seafront - lots of variety there.  Definitely recommend it as a place to stay to explore the area around Javea.

Casa Noble is a lovely villa.  Perfect for a family of 3 or 4.  The facilities in the villa were more than adequate, although we did not do very much home cooking but ate out in some lovely restaurants.  The villa is situated in a good area for exploring the surrounding areas.  We unfortunately had very stormy, rainy weather and did not venture into the lovely pool as the temperature had dropped.  However, it did not stop us from having a fab holiday.  We enjoyed exploring Javea and found the harbour area fascinating, watching the fishing vessels land their catch knowing that you would be eating that later on in the evening.  We found the food in the restaurants to be very good quality.  We enjoyed walking along the promenade at the Arenal beach and had a fab game of rounders on the beach.  There is lots of information in the villa to help you choose different places to visit, eat, etc.  Although the restaurants by the lighthouse were closed as we were out of the main holiday season.  I would recommend the villa, it is very clean with good amenities in a good location.  You definitely need a car!
